Dennis V. Cieri


Dennis founded EDEN Property Company in 2001 and has since developed dozens of trophy retail projects anchored by first class tenants such as Walgreens, Wawa, Starbucks and TD Bank to name a few.  Dennis has dedicated himself tirelessly to cultivating the proven platform that has lead to EDEN’s prominent success, longevity and recognition in the retail development industry.  EDEN has recently expanded its platform to include transit orientated multifamily projects within its marketplace.  Today, Dennis continues to focus diligently on overseeing EDEN’s day-to-day operations ensuring its continued growth, while diversifying himself in several other industries.
In 2006, Dennis along with two colleagues, founded Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC, a Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee (“HRG”).  In 2007, HRG signed the largest franchise development agreement with Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. in the history of the Franchise to build and operate 105 Dunkin Donuts Restaurants over a span of 9 years in the greater Pittsburgh, PA marketplace.  To date HRG has over 35 and continue to rapidly expand.  For more information please visit

Dennis holds a JD law degree from Seton Hall University and is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York.  Although he does not practice law, he is well versed in all of the legal issues related to real estate development, leasing, franchising, taxes and financing.
Dennis is a 5 time world champion and 18 time world record holder in the bench press.  His competitive career has spanned 26 years and continues to this day.  Dennis is an advocate of drug-free sports and promotes himself and all of his fitness related endeavors to people who seek healthy methods of achieving their athletic goals.

Michael Commorata



Michael Commorata joined EDEN Property Company as a Partner in December of 2010. Mr. Commorata’s responsibilities within EDEN Property Company include the oversight of new development projects, site selection, land acquisition, project feasibility, leasing, and site plan approval.
Prior to joining EDEN, Mr. Commorata worked at Commorata & Berardi, a prominent New Jersey development company, based in Franklin Lakes, from 2003-2008 specializing in high-end residential projects, as well as, the development of commercial buildings throughout the New Jersey Tristate area.  Mr. Commorata was responsible for the acquisition of new projects, leasing, and project entitlement, along with the oversight of new construction.
In 2008, Mr. Commorata shifted his focus entirely into commercial development.  From 2008 to 2010 Mr. Commorata worked on the development of projects, such as, grocery anchored shopping centers and freestanding pharmacies and banks throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.    
Mr. Commorata graduated from Hofstra University in December of 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  He then went on to further his education in Real Estate at New York University.  Mr. Commorata holds a New Jersey real estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Daniela Sahade

Project Manager

Daniela Sahade started her real estate career with EDEN in October 2004, initially to help the Principals in all aspects of the business, primarily focusing on bookkeeping/accounting and office management.  Very quickly, her role had evolved into assisting the Principals with the Approval Process, Land Closings, Financing, Site Plan Design, Lease Compliance, Bidding/Negotiation, Construction oversight and Marketing and Sales.  Ms. Sahade is now directly overseeing and implementing these phases of development for all of EDEN’s Projects.
Ms. Sahade graduated from William Paterson University in January of 2006 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Management from their Accredited Business Department.  She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2005.  Ms. Sahade currently resides in Bergen County, NJ.  When she’s not in the field, keeping the Projects on schedule, she enjoys singing, cooking, practicing yoga and learning to speak other languages.

Dina Cieri

Office Manager

Dina M. Cieri joined EDEN in March of 2008.  Her primary responsibilities include: Accounting, Office Administration, and Executive Assistant to Dennis Cieri, Esq.
From 2006 to 2008 Ms. Cieri was a junior accountant with Regional New Network.  RNN is a local news network in Rye, New York which covered the Hudson Valley Region, all five boroughs, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey.  Ms. Cieri managed all aspects of accounts receivable within the accounting department while working full time Ms. Cieri attended Baruch College part time.
Ms. Cieri graduated in May 2007 with a BA in Accounting from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York.  She currently resides in Rutherford, New Jersey.  Her hobbies consist of going to museums, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their beautiful son.
