WELCOME

EDEN is a land development company specializing in constructing small retail centers located on 1-5 acre corner parcels generally located at a traffic signal or otherwise located on a highly traveled retail corridor or highway.  Most projects are anchored by a drug store and are complimented by a number of other small shop retail tenants, such as: banks; coffee shops; and service/retail tenants.  EDEN acquires well situated land and designs its projects using high quality materials with attractive architectural features.  EDEN then leases and constructs all buildings to suit the needs of its retail clients.  Upon completing a project, EDEN will either procure long term financing and hold the asset in a portfolio or sell the project to a qualified Investor.  All EDEN activities are focused within the NYC metropolitan market and the greater Pittsburgh, PA marketplace.  Corporate Offices are located in Rutherford, New Jersey.
